Mailing Address Confusion. :(

Dear all,

I have one confusion regarding Mailing address in my application form.

Currently I am living in Qatar, and I am a Pakistani. So my question is “Can I put my Mailing address of my home country Pakistan other than country of residence”.

Kindly suggest me ASAP. And share your experience.

In my opinion yes provided your VISA office also corrosponds to Pakistan.

Hi,

You can choose Qatar/Dubai as your local officer if you have more than 1 yr visa of qatar. I beleive you will be working in Qatar under a Qatari sponsorship or will be under your father sponsorship. In any case if you know you can stay legally in Qatar for more than 1 yr than choose Qatar/Dubai as your local officer, if not then it will pakistan as your permanent address and your visa office will be London.

I have Qatar Resident permit and its been one year here already,

But I am asking about my MAILING address where they will send my acknowledgement and other correspondence. Because here I have been experiencing delay to receive my mail by post office and some time I do not receive my mails.

Please suggest in this matter.

I would say better to give your Qatar address because this will show them that you are currently residing in Qatar not Pakistan. If you are having problem with you normal mail address why not you open a mail box in qatar post ? i am sure you will get the mail there on time and without any delay and just check it every second day.
This is just my thought rest is upto you.
