Mailing address changed but no update on ecas, what to do?

Hi, I sent an email to the Vienne office, I notified them that our adress has changed, that was 3 weeks ago, still no update of that on ecas. What should I do? Just wait? Or send new email?

We are in the same situation, one month since my husband changed his adress but no update on ecas....

Hey!

i also changed my address and sent a request to my VO (London) to change it, and I got a mail saying that they have changed it but it doesn't necessarily appear on ecas - so it's probably OK in your case as well...

we changed our address and no update on ecase either. that was about 3-4 weeks ago

thanks to all for replying, I feel better now. I still think they should take care of updating it, we should at least know if they received anything from us or not...
