Mailed Complete Application to New Delhi Instead of Sydney: PLEASE HELP

Hi,

I have mailed my complete application to the New Delhi, High Commission as it was stated in the previous instruction guide. Now i have seen there is a new instruction guide which states it has to be send to Canada, Sydney. Please help me guys. I have submitted by papers in the 1st week of May 2009 with all the documents. I am waiting for the Receipt.

What should I do.

Yes I have read the same in the guide that all the Forms needs to be submitted to Sydney in Federal Skill Class.
Are you applying in the same.

Any Senior would be able to help.

Also, I am ready to send all my Forms.

Please let me know apart from the Forms what other documents have you attached with it.

I have the old instruction guide downloaded form the Website only. Now i see its changed.
I have sent all the Documents
-Application papers + Xerox + Original PCC + IELTS original Scorecard + DD Fee

I have mailed it all to New Delhi office. What should I do now...I really do not want to delay anything, please suggest

have u initially applied to sydney and then sent document to delhi or first time itself sent it to delhi

IF that is the case, i think they will return your file and ask you to submit it to sydney

Hi,

I have sent it to New Delhi on the 5th of May 09 directly, instead of sending it to Sydney as i was not aware of it.
Can you tell me please how much time will they take to send me back my papers and documents as it has original IELTS copy and Original PCC.

I cannot get another IELTS Score card as told by the IDP Australia otherwise I would have prepared another copy and sent it to Sydney, Canada.

Also what all documents now I have to send to Canada, Sydney initially, Sr Members please help.

Hi,

I think you can mail to Sydney and inform them about your documents you have sent to New Delhi Office.

I hope that may work out.

Also its not required to submit your IELTS Score Card and PCC Certificate at the initial level. I hope they ask it later tehn we have to submit them.

And have you submitted your all Experience Letters, Appointment Letters with the Letters stating every Job Duties.

HI,

I had the instruction guide which was old one. The new one is issued in april 2009.
I have sent everything, all the supporting documents along with the application form. I dont think mailing the Sydney office will do anything as I think i have submitted the papers at a wrong place and I do not know how much time they will take to send it back to me.

I am now going thorugh the new EG7.pdf guide again in order to make it correct this time. Can you tell me if I want to get my draft canceled, then is it possible since the money is always deducted from the account once the draft is been made but can i get it canceled.
Suggest.

How can I get additional copy of IELTS score card,,,any ideas

Its been now a month that I have not received any notification from the New Delhi CHC. I have by mistake sent the complete application with supporting documents and draft to the New Delhi CHC. I was not aware that the system has changed and it was to be sent to Sydney.

Its been now a month and all my original documents were in the courier. The courier was delivered to CHC New Delhi. I have even email them but they sent me a standard reply.

What should I do ? Should I goto the embassy myself. Please suggest as it has original documents in it.

Your suggestions and advice will really help me so please suggest.

Two things,It could be forwarded to Sidney N.S with about 3-6 Month delay in your case or simply discarded as wrong mail and sent to garbage or held in storage ,hope its held not garbage can

Hi ,

You need not worry for now, in your case new delhi will send back your package to you within next month or so.
Then you need to apply again , i.e send them to sydney first and then VISA office after approval.

So just wait for now as i am sure package will be returned, if you want you can try writing a email to NEw delhi visa office although i guess they will take action i.e return your documents only when they start assesing your file.

So dont worry now as you can harrdly do anything unless documents are returned to you , also its not possible for NEw delhi visa offcie to send your documents to CIC , hence this option is out of scope.

hi!!
dehli office suppose to send your application back. there is no way they can forward it to sydney.
how you send your application via courier or ordinary mail. if through courier you must have name of receving person, contact him and ask him to send it back. otherwise it gona be dealy.
next time dont send any other documnets with your application.

Another thing, can i get my draft cancelled till that time....hope it will not be a problem and the New Delhi CHC will not put the draft for encashment...any advice on it

they have to do nothing with draft. they can't encash it.

Cut,

I got the draft done in INR 22340/- Since i was going by the old instruction handbook. Now my bank has asked me to sign a indemnity bond if i want to get a lost draft cancelled. In case that draft is being presented and the CHC sues my bank, then I will be liable to pay the bank for its loss...which can be very big...

Can you confirm me...that they cannot encash it...or do you have information about it with reference to a case that you are aware of...?

Your suggestion will help me a lot so kindly suggest.
