Mail Delivery Times from CIC

Been advised by call centre agent that "mail" was sent on 10 April requesting further info. I am in Toronto and have not received it so far. Any idea how long it should take to get mail from CIC to Toronto?

CIC usually send the request through email if you have it on the file.
Even through regular mail, It should not take more than 1 week.

You better call them and ask them that you have not received any mail.
