mail additional documents to Ottawa office?

Hi everyone,

I applied permanent residence under CEC and got application number in November 2013.

I mailed some additional documents to CPC-Ottawa this month by UPS. The mailing address I used was "Case Processing Centre – Ottawa

219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1 Canada", however, the package was shipped to "Case Processing Centre – Ottawa 365 LAURIER AVE OTTAWA" and signed by "VALIQUETTE". Is this normal? As far as I know, "365 LAURIER AVE OTTAWA" is the place to receive private courier about temporary resident visa application.

I appreciate your suggestion and reply if anyone has an idea about this situation.
