Avoid consultants and apply yourself. Too many scams with consultants. If you qualify for an OWP, it's easy to apply yourself.

Yeah it is easy because there are complete guidelines. But as i am staying outside the canada and not in skilled category, i couldnt get a job offers. The agency offer for confirmed job offers that make eligible for owp.
