M5 in Medical

My spouse medical result was flagged as M5 in our GCM notes last year.Our application is past normal processing time.All seem ok on GCM notes except the M5.My medical will expire this month I am yet to hear from cic.Our EE application will be one year this month. I am scared .What do you think I should do about the M5? Spouse BP and creatinine level were high.

Unfortunately it’s not good news. I would expect either more testing or a PFL.
