M.sc IT or MCA after B.com

I have my B.com Degree. I am planning to go for M.sc IT (2 yrs) or MCA (3 Yrs). Can anyone let me know where do you see M.sc IT in WES portal. i only see masters of science and Masters of Technology?

After B.com can i do M.sc IT ?
if Yes, then Bcom and M.sc IT (2 yrs) will be considered as Bachelors + Masters in Canada ?.

or

in case of MCA.
Bcom (3 yrs)+ MCA (3 Yrs) will be considered as Bachelors + Masters in Canada?

3+3 is more likely to be evaluated as equivalent to Masters than 3+2.
