You can check using the following tool - Canadian equivalent of your education
http://www.wes.org/ca/evaluations/preliminary.asp

If you do not find the equivalency, then the only way to find out if there are any earlier forumites who have same education as your's and also assessed it. Otherwise, you can directly apply to them and see what the results are.

I have MPhil degree from UK university and it was recognized as Master's degree by WES. I hope it helps.
