If you look at standard CIC timelines for LVO processing, the processing time is 31 months. So they can say that they're well within those for FSW2014 which was opened in May last year.

That's true but there should be a standard policy for all VOs. Why we are suffering.

I was thinking to go for notes but after seeing your post decided otherwise, Sept applicant in common and BWJ applicants in particular are facing delays....till how long LVO can hold, at last they will decide so let's keep the patience.
