Dear Mr E,Mr President a few questions here ???
___ does explaining any large transaction mean that you have to prove how that money got there? like documents of sold property etc
____ do I send them the history of my foreign currency account only or of all my accounts including my husband's.
____also was mentioned in my letter that I have got 45 days from the day of issuance of that letter to convince my visa officer! The letter was issued on 31st of july!that means only 10 days to go! Do i send it along with MR and additional docs or else?
BR Earlyopter :-\
If they asked you to explain and document large transactions then explain them otherwise don't worry about it and also send foreign currency account statement along with your husband,s account statement to make it more convincing , did they mentioned that allow visa officer four months to review and verify the incoming correspondence ?

Well that completely sucks!

I accepted a new job for a week yesterday and today I was offered another week at my current job but had to decline due to the other job.

What a sod.

In other news exchanged yesterday on a property in Canada. My gf has told me I have no say on what happens on the ground floor and upstairs but I get to with as I please with the basement.

Ideas please? I was thinking games room with pool table a home cinema with a seperate room for a gym?
if the basement has so much space i wudnt care about the rest of the floors:)

No,Mr President they mentioned and I quote,
"You will be allowed a further 45 days from the date of this letter to satisfy a visa officer, based on reasonable and probable grounds, that you have the necessary and required unencumbered and available funds to meet the benchmark!" any comments

You simply have to convince them that you have sufficient funds in your account, nothing to worry about .

At what stage is the RPRF usually encashed???

I believe this is done once the VO reviews your docs and passes the info out to the external agencies for the final security checks. Once the security checks are done you can expect your PPR.

Mr E, please correct me if I am wrong.
