Thanks all, and the document was received normal post by our Attorney, it was sent out on the 26th April 2012 from London and received in Canada on the 2nd May 2012 then scanned to us. Not sure if they have phoned any of my ex-employers, would have thought the referees would have told me if they had, but who knows!!
Good luck all.

Many congratulations. It is a great news. It seems files are moving.
What about me? Please pray for me. I am really stressed out. No news from my side . Hope to hear very soon inshallah.

Hi to all,

pls could admin add my timelines as I am new to the forum. One of the firsts in MI3 and still waiting for some good news from LVO.

File reached CIO: 06/07/2011
NOC: 6242 (chef)
PER: 21/09/2011
Status: IN PROCESS

File has not changed since PER just the standard lines "we received xxxxxxx, pls consider any delays in post before contacting us". Address disappeared and re-appeared a couple of time but now is been gone for a few months. Immigration consultant not returning e-mails, not even sure if LVO got my new address and contact details. Not sure it I should request CAIPS. Is anyone from LVO getting any MRs at all? or a request for further docs?

It would be really appreciated if u could share ur thoughts and advice...

My point exactly !

We are from Pakistan, not India !, so Mi3 applicants WILL have to wait 12 - 14 months too. Well, most of us. Some will get MR sooner. I saw atleast 1 applicant - Luckymystery I thought, got his PR within the same calender year.

FWIW, we would feel lucky If could fly in July / August next year. Meaning, we expect our process to take that long.

Anyways, I am new at this, I may be wrong, I won't mind if I stand corrected.

Cheers,

TA

I think its not just Pakistanis who face an exceptionally long processing time. All LVO applicants have a similar problem ( excluding exceptional cases like those with job offers). This problem of agonizing waiting times is also faced by those who use busy offices like Buffalo.

That said, CHC London operates with uncharateristic panache. They refuse to give updates unless more than a year has elapsed. They have no logically discernable system with which applications are processed. If they were working on a FIRST IN- FIRST OUT basis, I would have long heard from them as I sent my application on 01/07/2011.

In two months time, I will have waited a full year just to receive my medical requests. At this rate, planning to land in Canada 24 months after applying is a pretty optimistic assumption.

How could you say that cases with job offers will be handled exceptionally? I think they are treating all the cases on same standards. And may be FSW2 cases are facing more scrutiny than the other cases.
