LVO Applicants July 01, 2011 FSW Applicants_MI 3

Dear Members,

I'm after a bit of advise. I used a consultant to apply under FSW1 and they have been awful. Last month they told me they were sending an update request to LVO, a month have passed and I've got reply whatsoever from consultant. I am thinking to cancel my rep and deal with LVO myself direct but with all this address re-appearance thing I'm worried MR could be sent to them instead of me. If this happens after I cancel I am sure consultant won't forward it to me. I've had a look at the CSE form and one can upload documents there so thought I could upload the rep form and a cover letter with my change of address also and sent by e-mail so they get it quicker but not sure how that would work out and how long they take to deal with CSE.

Could anyone pls provide me with some feeback. It would be very much appreciated.

I intend to send my application next month July 1. I want to find out if I need to show "proof of funds" in the application

I think if you check the checklist with very careful, you will find out what documents you have to include. By saying that, I think you should include POF documents, Best of luck.

yes dear, without it your application will be returned due to incomplete. Please before sending your application i suggest to read guide and document check list on cic website carefully

Plz find below comments of MI 1 applicant,

"I think address disappearing from ecas definitely indicates that your file has been pulled out of the storage area and some work is going on. Once they have finished that particular task for which the file has been pulled out its then sent back to the storage area and the address comes back. Its probably because they don't want applicants to change address while they are working on that particular file which complicates things for both the applicant and CIC. It cannot be a bug in the system otherwise it would have affected the whole system not some particular applicants."

it means they have worked on the files so addresses appeared again, it means BGC has fininshed and now WAIT FOR MR. Same like LUCKYMISTRY whose address reappeared few days before the new line added in the ecase.

so dont wait for address disappearance, now wait for new line in your e case, your address will disappear before Canada address appearance.

Whats Canada address ? how could it appear when v never mentioned it any where ?
