i dont have any idea about CSE and i dont know how to try it even .
but about my mail box and mail Spam , im checking everyday as soon as i get up in the morning and many times during the day ... still i didnt get any email from LVO .
im thinking maybe they just mail it by post and maybe they dont send me any email . its what they did about may MR also ... i just received an envelope by post , with 4 months delay .... ((((((

Dear friends,

Just wanted to drop a line and say hi to all the wonderful people on this forum. My wife and I returned from our honeymoon at the beginning of this month. We had to wait a few days till we could complete our medicals because of my wife's lady days (Ironically, they started on the flight back - talk about inconvenient timing!).

Anyhow, we completed our medicals last week. I am informed by fed-ex that the medicals were received by the London VO on 10th April. I also couriered other requested documents (Proof of funds, Police Certificates) which were received on 8th April.

Now i guess its time to wait!

Please do explain what the "third line" is, and when I should expect it to be visible on e-cas, as I rarely check e-cas these days (too stress

Agree with you regarding 3rd line. What is it? The spreadsheet says MR. Is that medical request or medical received? If it is the former then i suspect 3rd line is medical received.

After one year of application received, to day i received an e mail from LVO asking for Docoments Updation which are following,

Updated original Police certificates from current country of residence.
* Updated employment reference letters with duties and job description.
* Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant.
* Updated Schedule A Background/ Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18. Please note you will need to provide information from the age of 18( With no gaps in the information provided).
* Updated Schedule 3 Federal Skilled Worker form for the principal applicant

*Updated IMM5406 form for you and your spouse

* Updated Proof of funds. Please note you will need to provide an explanation regarding large transactions. Also provide us proof for your explanation.

We look forward to hearing from you within 45 days.


I have two queries one is about update employment reference letters with duties and Job description
(Same Letter which I submit at the time of application, with new date because my duties and job description not changed)

Second query is about proof of found (Is this line is generic or only specific for me.

Please note you will need to provide an explanation regarding large transactions. Also provide us proof for your explanation.

I request to Mr Engineer Specially and other Senior Members to Guide me on it .

Even though there is no changes in your duties and job description, you need to submit an updated one (like changes in date, company address, present supervisor etc.)

Did you mean that if you have those code number , your application won't be processed in normal time? And if you don't have them, your application will be processed in normal time? Can you please elaborate your comments?

Dear Sir,

I need your valuable guidance on the following subjects:

Medical: My spouse was pregnant at the time of receiving the first medical request. So we postponed her x ray test. After the delivery, we did the x ray test and as per the courier, tracking her X ray report was received by LVO on 15.02.2013. On the other hand, We received the medical request for our newborn on 10th march 2013 via email with attachment forms. Below mentioned is the exact content of the email

“You should by now have received the medical form for baby. Please submit the medical results within 60 days. A chest X ray is also required for spouse”. Regards, MCH CHC-LONDON

My question is why they are asking to do the x ray test, which we already done. Or this is the retest request? Pls advise… it think the first report not reached to the hands of the concerned officer.
