just trying log in into E-Cas and it gives me this message;

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.

Can't understand it,i checked all the details they where correct.

Anybody had the same issue?

Dear Banckluad,
Try typing your full name instead of typing your surname only or do the opposite if you used to log in using your full name, it happened with me at the early beginning of my application.

I'm not saying is not working.
In my case E-CAS is not identifying my log in details anymore.

Same here Banclaud My ECAS not identifying my details i tried couple of time checked all my details again and again ,Yesterday only My ECAS turned to DM and today its Not recognising my details ..

thanks alot mate......but why the IO was upset with ur address......was it address of ur friend or relative and u not staying with them.....i think i will face same issue....tell me what happen next did they accept ur fax ?....how u arranged for an address...?.....is address of short stay houses acceptable....many thanks

Do NOT worry too much. Landing will be simple process. They know that immigrants travel journey from a long distance, for a long time and they tired.
I did not get any problem with my Canadian address. I was talking about the guy from YOUR previous post. let me know if u have any more questions.

Is it means Background check had been stopped and hanged up?

i Got PPR2 on 31-Jan-2013 ,

i sent the passports on the same day through TCS to CHC Islamabad . it was delivered there Yesterday and signed by person "AHMED" according to TCS website, Never heard of this person B4 who receive the mail at High Commission , has anyone's package was received by the same person ?

On Ecas page, after you entered your details, in the second page below your details,
Saying "please remove my ability to view my situation"
If you click that, you will not be able to view your file situation.

I think you or somebody else who knows your details click on that option, thats why your information gone.
