Hi...IT guy normally update the ECAS on Wednesday. I feel now LVO again start issue the MR for IM3 after September 2012.

Having seen how my own case and ECAS were very closely linked, I would bet that it is your Visa Officer that updates the ECAS at the same time as he does the next element of the processing. Receives the Med results, updates ECAS and so on. I do not think there is another guy that just sits and awaits an instruction to update the ECAS system. If a line on ECAS is missing, it is because the Visa Officer was busy and overlooked it, next time he looks and notices that he forgot to update and takes the opportunity to put it right.

I have a question. Does remedical delay the process? I mean, if any one gets remedical, does VO stop working on his file? or VO working on his file to get BGCs and security checks done and waiting for remedical report. Once remedical report arrived, VO send PPR directly. What is the fact? Can any one please comment?

Well i think there is no confirm line of action of VO in this regard. It all depends upon your V. officer

medical and remedical will not stop VO for working on the file. BGC's, Remedical are seperate to each other. VO is continuning working as per his quoe system.

My first medical is done in March 2012 and remdeical is done in August 2012. I have not heard anything till October 2012 so, I write mail to CHC to enquire about status. I did not get reply of my first email so I mailed again on 14 November. I mentioned in my second mail the expiry date of my medical exam (which is in 4 months) and I got PPR on November 20.

Nekeol I agree with you becoz what your personal experience reveals that the above statement is true. But please note that you are amongst the rare cases who receive PCC and RPRF before medical. You might be of the view that your requested documents and PCC are the result of some sort of BC whereas i think that these may be due to some kind of missing information.

A guy called at my work place, from a number 01999 and my receptionist attended the call he asked about the owner of hotel and he replied never , he doesn't knw English, Hard luck again , the guy dropped the call, I suspect it could be from my VO, any idea guys ?

I guess this call was from any sales person.
By the way if you have the number you can try to know the origin of the caller. Even if you cant find, no worries. There is nothing wrong done by you. They cant decide depending on this call. If they need more info, they might call again. Even they might visit the hotel if needed. It mostly happens in India and Pakistan. best wishes.

thanx Sabu for a prompt response, infact they already have visited the hotel and met my employer n kept asking about the owner , that's why I am thinking they want to confirm it from hotel owner,you are right they can call again.
