my latest note is paper screening by LVO on 19/9/12
after paper screening how many notes you have and after what time ?

I am sorry Seema. I reply to every post that is addressed to me. If I did not, I may not have seen it. Sorry again I did send a CSE on Friday.

Thats ok. Lets see what their reply is. Many ppl have gor PPR as a reply to their CSE's.

I think they are reviewing your backgroud history and security checks and if I am not wrong then thats the Schedule A, Question 8 that is causing delay. I saw somewhere that if they request any docs then they assign a date to ur file (BF'D) to be reviewed again so in the meanwhile ur file again went into a queue and when u submitted ur 2nd form, it again got into review. This is just my assumption, dont know how much it is authetic . Ur PPR will be this month Insha Allah. Praying for u.

For NDVO, there are 3 notes in GCMS.......Note 3 being written by CIO officer.....Note 2 being written by Junior VO who completes paper screening after receiving it from CIO and Last is Note 1 being written by senior VO(its the most important coz it even says if interview is waived or not and if everything is in order).

PS: In terms of LVO, there may be more than 3 notes coz they ask for updated application forms before issuing medicals....so when you send these updated forms, all of the details you send will again be updated in the system and would be visible in the Notes section.
