Hi guys, got the 3rd line today but without a date. It only says Medical resuts have been received. I dont know why there's no date on it. I hope there wont be a problem. still a good news though!

Dear Fellow members,

I am stuck in a wierd situation. Got my GCMS notes on friday. Seemed ok in the beginning but when I saw the the notes I just shocked to see that in note 1 its mention that. "LTR from employer stating that the applicant has submitted fraudulant EMP docs stating he is a restaurant manager. LTR states PA has been employed as Education Coordinator since 2007. It's true but not 100 %. I am working as an Education Coordinator, Quality Surveyor and Restaurant. I submitted original docs, all signed and given by the employer. How can that ba***** do that to me." I devoted 7 years to his company in less than 8000 SAR salary. which is nothing. I am doing side business to survive properly I have a family and a child. Have to cover all monthly expenses. I think he took the revenge coz I started side business without telling him but this is not an issue, I didnt betray him or harm him and neither this is a crime. I've legal license of business which is not a very hi fi business. Just trying to move with life. Dont know what to do now. Seniors please help and advise. My employer will be back from Canada today. I'll ask him with proof. Still need your help and advice.

It's so unfortunate.I reall don't know what to say to comfort you in this situation.I don't think that your employer would retrive the letter back and even if he does,vo has lost credibility in him or you.Can't you apply again in Jan/2013 or like write to your VO ,explaining the whole situation regarding your employer?
Mr.Engineer would be able to guide you better.Don't lose hope,I always feel that one opportunity lost opens doors to several others.

if they told u: "Interveiw is required and we will inform you once its schedueld"

is there any apportunity to waive this interveiw if i submit additional documents to varify the doubt happend???

i wud advise against trying to get an interview waiver. i think tht it will be considered negative by the VO. the good thing about the interview is tht u get the chance to satisfy the authorities on any concern which they may have. from as much a i know interview is called mostly to acertain ur professional and employment background. so prepare well for it. after the successful interview u will get the MR in no time. just go for it.

how long it will take to till and how far the date will be??

plz refer to the timeline of takemblues. u will get an idea how long will it take to arrange for the interview. i think u will get the date in november. i do hope n pray tht its sooner than tht. good luck!
