Do you think its safe to send the CSE now?, since they said to allow 4months to review the requested documents.

I would strongly encourage you to write to LVO mentioning the findings on your GCMS notes and that you have still not received your Medical Forms. Simultaneously also arrange for your PCC. If your program assistant forgot to ask before, he will surely do so now. It is a must for your Security and Criminality check to commence.
4 months waiting period is a standard instruction they write only to discourage follow up emails unreasonably soon. Your case is different. Your process has reached the next steps but you are yet waiting for the Medical Forms. There will be no adverse effect for sure. Someone is accountable for sending your MR and if it has been missed they will immediately issue it again.
Don't waste your time, there is considerable waiting ahead as well, for 3rd line, then PPR, then return of passports.
Act fast. Act now.

Chizzy, its good that you sent CSE to your VO. this would definately clear all your doubts and you will know what has actually happen to your file, who knows, VO might send you another form immediately or even by email.

Hi to all,

Got today e-mail from my VO. She's asking me to send again Schedule A for my spouse. Reason being, question 8 needs to include personal history since the age of 18. The funny thing is that in the form it does says since the age of 18 or the previous 10 years whichever comes first, so that's what we did (previous 10 years). However the old application forms does require personal history since the age of 18 and that's the application that we file originally back in July 2011. I wonder if it is due to that reason that they have asked us for new schedule A.
Anyhow, at least now I know that the file is back with my VO....

God,I am sick of the 8th question of Schedule A......it is delaying everybody's process. Yolex, fill it up again extremelely thoroughly and make sure you do not leave even a gap of a week anywhere. Good luck.
