Just to inform you guys that I have just received my PPR today via email.

God is wonderful and his worthy to be praise.

I really want to thank him for his abundant favour and breakthrough.

I went today to my consultant office. LVO sent an EMAIL and aske us to complete and resent the ScheduleA form for spouse again without any gap between the history and in the email mentioned that: WE NEED UP TO 4 MONTH TO REVIEW THE NEWLY RECEIVED DOCUMENTS.

Its very sad, this will delay definitely our case for months :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

You should make a complaint with your consultant. That is just so slack it is unbelievable.

As long as the VO gets he updated document quickly it shouldn't hold you up that long.

You mean this is a generic sentence?

What do you think about the status of my background check, is it over by outsource agencies or about to start?

Background checks are long done but your security checks are yet to have commenced as they cannot do these without a completed Scehdule A.

Just been to the bank and I have been told draft has been cashed.

I wonder at which stage is this done? Can it be done at any time or only after MR and BC have been cleared?

I recommend to the other forum members that are waiting for PPR or 3rd line to check on RPRF just in case....

I am not 100% sure but the way I see it is that they have now looked at your documents and have begun the external agencies check. I think you can expect to receive your PPR in the next 15-30 days

From which bank u had ur draft. And the payment bank.

Any body has sent draft through MCB?

Got request to submit Schedule Form A ,IMM5406.(There has to no change in the situation and there were no gaps either so why this request?)
Letter from my Employer to fully explain why employ an outsider and not a canadian.
Is this a good news or what?lol

When we got MR we were also ask for updated forms. I think they just want to check if there's been any chances since you fist applied. If there's no changes just complete the forms again and make sure there is NO gaps (in the dates) when you complete your forms, especially schedule A. Sign with updated date and send back to LVO asap. Do not photocopy the forms you sent because I think they wanna see an updated signature and date at the bottom of the form.

Regarding the employment letter...I think Mr. E or the more seniors members would be able to advise you better...
