Dear!

I think, all these TCS thingies are for MI-1 as they have to receive back their original documents. MI-2 and MI-3 have not submitted original degrees etc. so they are not into TCS consignees list.

All MI-3 applicants on this forum (luckymystery, sterilinjection, pakistantocanada1, myself and BDPA) received their MR through regular mail from LVO. So let the MI-1 applicants play with these tracking numbers as we have nothing to do with it. :) :)
Hmmmmmmm....Makes sense. ;)

Dear All,

I need a help/advise from you all. I've got an additional line in my ecase; We started processing of your application on 1st May. Today I gave a call to my consultant and ask him about the status of possible MR or Interview but surprisingly he said that it will take 4 to 6 month to hear from LVO after starting the application processing, but many applicants in this forum have got theirs after 5 till maximum 30 days after the ecase updat. I think maybe they have got a letter from LVO for some information/clarification from LVO or something like this due to bad compilation of my file during submittion, so they are sure it will take more time till hear from them. Please share your ideas.
Thanks,
aba2011

Dear aba, don't worry. I think consultants usually have no idea as to what is going on........You'll get you MR soon. I got the second line as well but I haven't received anything :( No idea what's going on. All we can do is wait......

Dear senior members,

I have a friend who is going to re-apply under the FSW NOC stream. He applied in MI-3 under the NOC 1122 – Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management. Unfortunately, quota was filled very fast and his application was returned. He wants to reapply under the same NOC in July 2012, if the NOC list doesn't change. Other than this he has never applied for Canadian visa of any kind.

My question to you is, in Schedule A Background/Declaration form, there is a question number 6, which requires a Yes/No answer.

6(d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country?

6(e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?

What should he write for these questions? I mean he did apply before but the application was not processed as quota was filled, so is it still considered as a refusal, and should he check the answer to both questions as 'Yes'?

Further more, if he choses 'Yes', then how should he explain it in the details section of question number 6.

Thank you very much for your help.

Regards

Dear All,

Don't hang on to false hopes and miracles, its gonna take 12 - 14 months with a very few exceptions!

Be realistic, stay focused, don't believe on miracle stories by quacks. Wait and be patient, if its our fate, we will land in Canada inshallah by June / July next year (m13 Applicants)

Cheers,

TA

MunnaBD,

If your friend's application was returned simply because the quota had been filled then the answer to both of the above questions will be no. Your fried was not refused entry into Canada, they simply missed an opportunity. A returned package is not the same thing as a rejected application.

I know this from experience because I also applied in MI-2 for exactly the same NOC and the quota had filled up by the time my application got to Sydney, NS.

Hope that helps.

Hi aba2011

I wouldn't worry to much our application did the same, and I got the same response from our consultant as there is not a letter issued at this point, what we found was that within a week/10days we received notification via our consultant that we needed the medicals, keep your fingers crossed and hopefully you too will receive the next stage of the process.

Thanks for your kind reply. My question is; after updating ecase what exactly VO is going to do? I think the background check has already completed at tis stage, isnt it? could you please advise.
