visa offices have 9 months (1ST July 2012 to 31 March 2013) to process MI1,MI2 AND MI3, this is sufficient time to process this backlog. :)

Dear Mr.Engineer,

My PER was on Jan.2012,
Do you think, I have to prepare another Police Certificate, or the one i have submited with the application is enough,

Thank you,

Have to wait till Monday to see if that frilckin second line is gonna pop up

I guess VO started working on your file but they just didn't update ur ecas. I personally think this second line doesn't mean a lot. Hope you will get mr without this frickin second line. May Allah bless us with MR . Ameen.

A question, if we are given 90 days to submit medicals and RFRP, does this mean that our file will be worked upon only after those ninety days are up????? Even if we send the required meds. and RFRP much before that??

My medicals were dated 22-Mar-2012 with a 90 days deadline which according to this assumption should have been worked upon on 22-Jun-2012, which is not the case. My medicals were delivered on 13-apr-2012 and medicals received appeared on ECAS on 14-May-2012. PPR1 on 15-Jun-2012 and DM on 18-Jun-2012. So all these major activities happened before the expiry date for medicals i.e. 22-Jun-2012.
So we can safely conclude that if you send your docs earlier, chances are there that your case will be processed earlier.

I think you should wait for your MR. If they ask you for PCC slong with MR, then send an updated one. Till then no need to do anything.

Hi Optimist,
I don't think there is any pattern as my ones followed the Timeline the VO set, they were received on the 23rd May but not updated until 28th June, BF'd was 25th June.

Dear Stuart

You are right, there cannot be any definite pattern. However, chances of early processing are there if someone sends docs without waisting time. It may also depend on the concerned Immigration Officer. I have edited my earlier post.
