I send my husband transcript in a university sealed envelope

Earlier you said that you didn't send a copy of the degree/masters though. Without having both they are unable to verify the qualification so would result in them not being able to award the points.

University sealed condition was removed from July 2012.

I have written them a reconsideration letter along with scan copy of my husband degree and final transcript and also planning to send them through courier . hope its work.

You really need to get the copy certified by a notary or someone of similar standing before sending it.

Well I wish you all the luck in the world that the next correspondence you get from them is a MR :-)

I believe for them too, as nothing mentioned in Docs check list as earlier.

If/When I get my MR through, how negative is being a smoker?

Is it better to quit for a week or before the medical so I can say ex smoker or will this not really matter?

I have seen this kind of case in some other thread where they refused case just because the applicant did not submitted the original degree but only transcript. Its really frustrating...LVO is sick.....

Dear all

Please share your response

Today i got refusal letter from LVO based on insufficient points after getting second line in ECAS on 7th June 2012 by mentioning non submission of my spouse master degree although i have sent my spouse orginal transcipt of MBA with initial set of application . they also not given point of my spouse aunt due to insufficient documents where as i have submitted Citizen ship card of my spouse aunt, bio data form of my spouse aunt declaring my spouse mother as sister in 1997 in her PR card application along with affidavits.

Please guide what should i do , should i send reconsideration request with my spouse master degree copy ? will they reconsider ?

I will qualify and get 70 marks i f they will except my spouse qualification

regards
This is very disturbing and seems unfair to me >:( >:( You must follow it up, do not lose hope :)

Lets be fair to the VO's, they have a document check list which we are supposed to go through and ensure that we have everything that they ask for. If we don't provide everything requested we can't really blame the VO :-(
