applied via agent but always got reply from vo. only when vo sent updates or med request via agent but if no updates vo replies me direct.

No they will not reply to your email, only agent mail will be replied............this happens to me also

My consultant disagreed to send any CSE. So I did and got reply.
I think that depends on the criticality of the enquiry.

I fully agreed to your post ...if someone hired attorney then Visa Office reply to applicant depending on the situation .....

I applied for CAIPS yesterday let see when and what will be the outcome of it.As I mentioned before,2nd line in my ecas was added on 3rd December 2012 and nothing at all since then.i habve a feeling that it might be same as it was in December when I applied for CAIPS.Let see...

Looking at your timeline in Mr. E list, they have requested UDR from you on December 6th 2012, did they mention a specific time to review the documents that you have sent ?

Yes they put 21st march 2013 BF date when I last applied for CAIPS back in November 2012 as there was no 2nd line added in my ecas but soon after getting CAIPS the 2nd line was added and updated documents were asked to be sent which I did within a week.

Thanks zubair for your input. In my UDR they have asked for 4 months to review the documents I'll be sending, however, 5 months have been passed already and no news from them.

U know its been almost ten months since no updates on ecas so I decided to request CAIPS.i think BFD is just useless they don't bother even touching the file on that particular date.Sory guys that's only my feeling I might be wrong.
