2. Yes, If you get admission in good universities then they usually have fee payment deadline a week before the start of semester. So by then you would have secured your visa.

mostly canadian UNIVERSITIES,ask for fees after arriving,every university have its own criteria of admission and way of applying.
just see this list of canadian unis according to there rankings 4icu.org/ca/ and then search the name of uni on google and then go to there website for further details.

Memorial university and University of Saskatchewan both are cheap and reputed universities. You have to more than 75% and 3.5 CGPA in last degree.

there is some problem with me.
in my MBA 2.93 CGPA and
IELTS 5.5 band

is it possible to get admission in UofS or UofR or memorial university etc. with this study %age ?

as per IETS band is concern i can take ESL or any English language program.
