Low marks in maths 40 percent.

My plstwo maths mark is only 40 percent.overall percentage was 69. I have completed diploma afterwards. In diploma scores got little better. Cgpa 7.22. i am woriking in a private organisation since last 4 years. Is there any chance for students visa approval if i applied for electronics engineering technician?
