Low marks 42.5% in 12th want to pursue arts course, will I get a visa?

My interest since an early age of 14 years has been in Music and Film Making. I have managed to make this more than a hobby from that age itself. I have done domestic and international performances and I have created films and commercials for brands and companies, I have organised events and also have done internship in a Company related to the same fields. My CV is unto the mark and would be substantially better than any other 12th pass out, but this has effected my studies.

Since these fields had shown me success and stimulation, I dropped out of school in 9th took a gap year and then pursued open schooling from Cambridge private candidates IGCSE & A Levels

2018 November I completed my IGCSE with a 52%
2020 March Completed A Levels with 42.5%
IELTS - 7.5 Bands (No less than 6)

My goal courses are Music Industry Arts and Film and Media Production (Diplomas)

None of the certificates from Cambridge physically differ for Open School (private candidate) and normal School goer as the certificates don't have an school institution mentioned.

Will I first of all even be able to get a Visa and College acceptance for Arts School in the same courses in which I have experience in with this Percentage?

should I apply and test my luck or should I repeat my 12th again to get better marks?

if college accepts and Visa Rejects, then I go ahead and repeat my 12th to get better marks will that leave a Negative stamp on my profile due to a rejection?

what is the best for me to do right now?

Yes, it's very low, I very highly doubt your visa will get approved if you somehow manage to get an acceptance. I would do your 12th again.

if i get the visa thats good if not ill have to do 12th again.

Does a rejected visa have a negative impact even after i improve my grades of 12th from a second attempt or will after that things would be fine

Of course. Having a rejection will not look good the next time you apply will it? Of course, you can help your case by saying you did x and y to improve your score. In math terms, a 0 is higher than -1
