In general its not alarming, however certain conditions need to b ruled out by DMP.
DMP has to workout the case n conclude cause,i hope he or she does this.

Kaur,

Is she underweight?does she has any muscle weaknes n many more things i need to kw.
Do u hv any old report of ultrasound abdomen, was it normal.

Is ur frnd healthy in general?

There r certain medical conditions where low serum creatinine exists n these can create problem, however these r very rare."low serum creatinine can exist in normal individuals for several reasons".

Hw u will kw this?best thing is asking DMP whats the reason, dont ask will this b problem for cic or not.just ask whts the reason for low creatinine,we need to know what s/he concludes.then get back to me i will guide.i cant conclude as i need lot of information from ur frnd.

yes she is in good health but problem is she is not taking her meals on time....there is no proper time for breakfast, lunch and dinner for her...lot of times she dnt even take breakfast....

i am thinking its a food issue...

This may prove of interest

Having a low level of blood creatinine indicates nothing more than an efficient and effective pair of kidneys.

A further test of kidney function is to collect all the urine passed over a period of twenty-four hours and then to compare the amount of creatinine in the blood to the level in the blood stream (creatinine clearance test). This can look at the efficiency of the kidneys and is only usually done if there is an indication of a problem with renal function.
In normally functioning kidneys, the level of creatinine in the urine compared to the blood should be high as it is being passed out efficiently. Conversely, if the level in the urine is low, with a high blood creatinine level, this in an indication of a problem, for which a consultant physician is usually involved.

I hope that this information helps you understand the significance of a low creatinine level.

Yours sincerely

Kaur,

This report will go to cic, which u sd not bother.wht u sd bother is, the conclusion.pls get back to DMP n ask, whats his or her diagnosis n whether s/ he advises to see ur family physcian for further tests.talk to DMP in way that u r concerned abt health not abt cic, then u can expect answer,if u directly express cic concern some doctors may not answer because this is confidential.
