i don't think there's such thing as a "lottery" like the American one.

If you are looking to Immigrate to Canada, then there is a program known as "Express Entry". You can go through the sticky notes here to know more about it or else you can google the same. There is no lottery system as such in Canada. Dont know from where did you get this idea of a lottery. Good luck.

Canada has nothing equivalent to the American lottery.
