Hi I applied CWP with a lawyer.
However he failed to update me with biometrics request, eventually my CWP application was rejected.
When I called IRCC about update they informed me that the decision has been made already and rejected.
By this time I already passed 90 days period to restore my status.
Is there any option for me to stay in Canada? Or should I leave?

If you are beyond the 90 days, then it's too late to restore and your best option is likely to leave Canada. The other option would be to try to apply for a TRP. However the approval rates are not high, processing times are generally 2+ years, and you won't be able to work while you wait.

I was also told by the agent I have to leave as soon as possible and report to CBSA regarding my departure. I have few things to sort before I leave I have car finance ongoing which I need to clear and also my house lease transfer things like these which might take few days…!
what can I do in this situation, how long can I stay?

What did the letter say in reporting to CBSA? You need to leave ASAP so the sooner the better. Get everything in order first and then leave.
