I'm from algeria and i wanna submit a tourist visa to Canada
I don't wanna submit it on line, I prefere fill the documents, and gather all the documents needed then go to the Canada Visa Application Center in the capital.
For this, I need to schedule an appointment on line, through VFS portal, but I'm asked to give them the IRCC number that I don't know where and how to have it.
Please need some help and advise.
