Hello,
My husband and I are filling out the form Schedule A.
I am the applicant and he is the dependent.
I concern that my husband lost his previous working holiday visa and closed work permit.
He previously stayed in Calgary as working holiday visa holder and later he got a closed work permit from the restaurant where he had been working for less than 2 years. Then, he quit the job going back home country and came back to Canada with a study permit. Now, he holds PGWP (We both graduated from a Canadian college)
When he was on those visas previously, he used the same passport, but the different CIC profile (his agency created a CIC account at that time, he never knows it by now)
How can I tackle this problem?
Will CIC figure out his previous visas if he has the same passport as before?
Or Should we write a letter of explanation about this?
Thank you for your help.
