Hi I lost my PR card 3 days before my trip to Australia on March 3rd. Am currently a United States citizen and Canadian PR. I guess with the US/Canada border closing, would I still be able to board my flights from Australia on Tuesday night to Vancouver with my passport at which point Once at the airport CBSA I assume can look my information up?
Thanks!

Depends given you are a PR whether you will be allowed to board without a PRTD or card. If you travel on basis of your US passport then potentially fail/ denied boarding unless you have been in the US last 14 days. If get past checkin in Australia then sure CBSA will determine your fate which prior to the situation might have been predictable but who knows now, Guess you could be quarantined for 14 days on arrival. But that’s speculation given the not having been in Canada or US last 14 days.
