Lost PR Card before Oath

Yes - I am the joke of the century right now!!

I have looked and looked and looked everywhere but I can not find the dam PR card. I have literally turned my entire house upside down and have looked extensively. I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I have passed the Citizenship Test and just waiting on my Oath date which could most likely be next month.

I do however have my Record of Landing.

will I still be able to give my oath? or should I apply for a new PR card which will take another 3 months. I will be calling CIC shortly to let them know that i've lost mine.

I didn't have my PR card when I gave the test and I told them I lost it and couldn't seem to find it but I had all my other identification like Passport, Drivers Licence and Health Care.

They were nice and still let me do the test which I passed. The interview guy only requested for my driver's license and said I will need my PR card for the Oath and that my test was clear and I just need to wait for the Oath date now.

However since the Test I have looked everywhere for 4 days in a row and cant find it

The first thing they ask for when you check in for the oath ceremony is the PR card. Follow the instructions in the link about lost or stolen cards. Have the right paperwork in lieu of the card or you’ll have a problem taking the oath.

Guys everything went well - I just called CIC and they deactivated my PR card - than filled a Solem Declaration form and thats it.
Got my citizenship on the 26th
