One thing, am yet to consolidate the docs. But, any thougts on how we can share the documents as we have limit through email. i think i can share max 25MB of attachment to the email. they asked me send to their email address or via Mail. I think, email is secure and quick to share. but, thinking what if documents exceed the size, can we send it in two emails?

However, the advice there was to submit multiples and label them with a LOE explaining that it's part 2 of 4 or whatever (for an email you could probably just include it in the subject). The OP there (who was uploading docs to support a PR app) came back and said they got their PR ... and if IRCC is ok with splitting docs up via webforum i don't see why splitting across multiple emails would be an isue.

There's also some advice on how to get the PDFs smaller to begin with, which might help you avoid the problem in the first case.
