LOST PASSPORTS WITH CANADIAN PR COUNTERFOILS.

Hi.
Does anyone know how long it takes for IRCC to reissue an approved Canadian PR counterfoil on a new passport?
I unfortunately lost my passport and that of my dependants enroute to land in Calgary. I immediately emailed IRCC about this attaching copies of the passports, PR counterfoils and COPR letters as well as police report about the incident. I received and email approving the request for visa reissue and was asked to confirm my intention to land before my medical report expires, which is in a few weeks. I replied the email confirming my intention to land before expiration of my medical exam and have not heard anything from IRCC since then.

I have sent several reminders to the CPC-CTD-OTTAWA email address and i have not received a response from them for over 5 working days. What can i do and how long does it take to get a response or get the PR visas reissued?..my medicals expire in a few weeks

Hi. Just to update on this thread. We got the PR visas restamped on our new passports. The entire process took about 2 months.
