Lost my previous UCI number when I changed my Passport in 2009

Hi

Looking for some help.
I was in Canada in 2009 for the summer and needed an IEC visa. I was given a UCI number, but since have changed passports and I do not have the old passport. Would anyone know how I could find my old UCI number?

if you are applying to CEC, you can leave the UCI field blank; CIC has multiple ways to find it for you. however you need to correctly fill the date of your last entry to Canada if you lost your old passport.

Hi, My parents were due to have their PR card renewed, we noticed that it had already expired when we started this process. I was able to get my parents to take their pictures on 11/09/2019. Shortly after the pictures were taken, my father fell ill and has since died. I need to have my mother’s PR Card renewed. In order for her to close up financial accounts, my mother needs a valid PR Card. My mother does have a lot of difficulty getting around and I am not sure if the photo taken on11/09/2019 is still valid. I cannot locate their UCI number. Please advise on how I could get this task done as quickly as possible.
