My 2 years work permit and work visa valid by Nov 1, 2022, and based on PNP (LMIA exempt). Recently I have resigned, and my employer informed the province about it. Province gave me time by the end of Jan 2021 to find a new full-time job to save my nomination. I tried to do so, but most companies remain limited business due to pandemic. I found an employer in another province who offered me a better job in the same occupation.
My questions:
1) Can I legally stay in Canada until my WP and visa expires while my new WP application (based on LMIA) is pending?
2) Can the province cancel my existing WP and visa by informing IRCC that my nomination was rescinded?
