Lost access to GC Key for HCCP application

Hi Everyone and Seniors,

"PLEASE HELP"

I am in Canada on WP for HCCP. Now its time to apply for the PR as I have completed the work experience as per the regulations... I can't access the GC Key .. Lost the 2FA codes etc and email is not connected as well. I created a new GC key but for some reason I can't connect the application under the new GC Key...

Can someone please help.. Maybe I am doing something wrong..

You don't need that if you want to submit work experience you do that with webform. Anyway what error message are you getting?
 
Error message I am getting is no files found.. I have tried many different permutations and combinations..
I can send the experience via webform but any future communication will be delivered in MyCIC account and I won't be able to access it :(

If you are sure you answered the questions correctly when you try to link the application, and it is not working. I would try to use webform and explain that you need to recover your original account detailing the problem.
 
also you can try this: (i used this configuration to link my application)

Category = Permanent Residence
Sub-Category = Home Child Care Provider Pilot
Application Detail = Application Number and UCI
Then Select Passport and fill accordingly
Then in other application information:
Where does the applicant intend to live in Canada? = must match with your original application
Number of family members, including the primary applicant, that are part of this application = fill the exact number
 
Yeah... tried that so many times.. NO luck
 
There was a post I remember seeing where the OP was able to link the file by using different number of family members or just using an extra space ... I can't find that post either
 
That didn't work either... Webform to tell the IRCC officer that please email all the communication I guess
