Losing job after the application

Hello, I have couple tricky questions, appreciate any help on it. I applied through Canadian Experience Class program for visa. I was draw from the pool and invited to apply. Let say that at the time when i was daw limit was 480 points, and i had 500 points. Now assuming that i leave or lose my job between the time when i sent my application and final visa issue. I'm on work permit that expires next year.
1. Will be my application rejected? Without job i will have 50 points less, so below the limit when i was invite to apply.
2. Is it possible to find new job in meantime and update my application or is it locked?
3. Do you know if after visa application I can switch to open work permit right away, or i need to wait to have all the visa checks have marked to pass?
4. Can I switch open work permit after filling the visa application when i lost my job?
5. if i need job does it need to be LMIA job type or it can be just job offer if i'm already here?

1. If CRS score is tied to a job offer with LMIA, and you lose or leave your job then yes you lose the 50 Points. Your application would be rejected.
2. You would need a new job with approved LMIA.
3. How are you eligible for an open work permit? See 4.
4. You must keep with the job on your closed work permit until you have PR.
5. LMIA if you want to count the 50 points.
