I have 11 years of experience. I wish to know I have to give LOR for all jobs or just for the ones I claiming points.

Its clearly written in EE about complete work history.

Only include the jobs that affect your CRS/eligibility in the work history section. Once you receive your ITA mention all other jobs in the personal history section, you won't be required to provide proof of employment for those.
