Is any possibility to get a job offer from an Canadian company or to get a nominee from a province in Canada?
What is best tip for me as software developer working almost 2 years in profession and the age 23 as well as my brother is a PR holder. What should i do to go in Canada, i am ready to live some years provinces that are not preferred by immigrants.

I believe there is possibilities to find the job. I don't remember the exact name of the recruiting company - who is looking for software developers and helping them to receive work permit for the beginning - and then you can apply for PR. You can google such companies
