I'm in confusion! I am on ICT (NOC Code 00) visa under Owner Operator Program and my corporation is based in West Vancouver. My corporation wants to hire an employee from other province (Alberta). Since there are some restrictions in place in British Columbia due to Covid 19 situation, she will not be able to move right now. She will be moving in the month of Feburary and till then she wants to work online (remotely) for my corporation. Can we do that? Which province laws will be aplicable on us (B.C. or Alberta) ? Do we need to get some type of authorization from federal or province authorities ? What extra work we should do before doing that ?
