Looking for reason for refusal

hello i applied for canada visitor visa thrice but i always got refusal . first two cases , there was even sponship from my friend living their to attend a marrige but then also the there was failiure . even everything like bank balance , returns , all that stuff was piled up in the file. and now this time i applied it again for canada to celebereate vaisakhi occasion there but again i got a refusal (3rd time) and this time i also didnt got any mail for reason of refusal .
although i understand that ultimately the final desicion of granting the visa in the hands of "CANDIAN HIGH COMMISION' , and they can deny it on any factor.

as a reputed citizen of india , i am willing to experience a visit to canada but i am not getting the main reason which i m lacking in .
so it will be very kind of you i u can guide me

First, there was someone else who was also refused this year for an identical purpose of visit i.e. to attend the Baisakhi celebrations in Vancouver and Surrey.

Second, it won't help if you reapply without addressing the previous refusal reasons.

Some common reasons why applications are refused:
1. Unconvincing purpose of visit
2. Lack of previous short-stay travel to visa-required countries
3. Inadequate ties to the home country
4. Insufficient funds to pay for the visit and/or employment that does not pay reasonably well


You would need to assess your application for lack/inadequate documentation and evidence to convince the visa officer that you are a genuine, short-stay visitor
