I'm trying to find the form that I'll fill out to take to the border. I'm sure it would be on the Canadian Immigration website

But I'm only finding guidelines. No forms to complete.

Thanks!

Hi turpentyne,

What kind of forms you are looking for? Do you already have a job offer from a Canadian employer and want to apply for a Work permit/TN visa under NAFTA? Need a little more information from you to be able to give you any info you are looking for.

I don't yet have a job offer, but I have a couple of promising interviews in a few days and I want to be prepared. It's in the graphic design field. I know I need a passport, college diploma, job offer and job description. But I wanted to look over the actually application that I'd take to the border.

But yes, when I have the offer for employment, it would be for the NAFTA/TN work permit.

Maybe I use the same forms as all other applicants? I thought there would be a specific set of documents for NAFTA. That's all I need to know.
Do I use the same forms? I'd post a link to the documents I'm talking about, but I can't.

Document IMM id's 1295, 5645, 5257 ?

Thanks

There are no separate set of forms. You don't have to complete them, the Immigration officer completes them when you arrive at the border with your job and proof that it is NAFTA compliant and you are qualified.
