Looking for help with Counting of work hours for CEC

I started wirking noc B job from 2021 Nov and it will be 1 year at the end of this month . When I started the job , i had only applied for work permit . I was already graduated from college though . I have acquired well more than 1560 hours and my work is fulltime .

I only got my wp on March 2022 .

For CEC, Wll IRCC count hours from Nov 2021 or March 2022 ? Thanks i. Advance .
