Looking for Cheapest Rentals/Sublets near Downtown from March'19

Hi,

Moving to Toronto in March 2019, and am looking for cheapest rentals near Downtown/other areas from where I can travel easily to diff parts of Toronto GTA region for my interviews.
Looking for this initial place for some 2-4 months - so that I can find job easily, and then a long term rental place as per my job.
Any pointers would be appreciated.
I am Indian, male - okay to share with Any Nationality/Gender.
Would like if the place offers a kitchen, for me to cook my meals at home.

Even I have been looking for an individual/shared room. I am from India as well, incase you find a place with dual occupancy and need a partner, kindly consider me. I am landing in Toronto on 30th march.
