Hello everyone, I am wondering if anyone is interested taking my room (4bedroom,2bathroom suite) in Centennial Place?
The lease starts from 18 Aug 2019 to 5 Sep 2020.
For personal reason I am withdrawing my lease but they said I need to find a student who’d like to take my room first. Please DM me if you are interested.

You can’t break your lease without financially penalty so you need someone to sublet your toon until you can sign a new lease. Would find out from the lawyer if there is an opportunity to stay on as a tenant after the sublet and at what price. Simplifying my answer a bit because they can’t kick you out but would find out from the landlord what your longterm options are.
