Sounds like he got a black stamp, Stumpedmom. That means he didn't have to go through secondary.. Secondary is a blue stamp.

Ok, so if he got a black stamp last time, we should be alright this time? He has nothing to hide, the only issue this time is he is bringing all the Christmas gifts from his family up for me and the kids....

He will be ok. Do you guys have a PR application in process too?. If so, tell him to bring a copy in case they ask him about it.

We are trying to get it all filed. Unfortunately I have been on a medical leave since Aug of this year, and he has been having to send extra money for me and the kids. The major hold up is he has been working a lot of overtime hours thus preventing him from getting to the place for his fingerprints and the financial aspect. Its killing me knowing that the process going thru Buffalo is only taking on average 3-4 months right now, and we cant get it started, pretty much because I can't work...which is adding to the medical condition...we are hoping to get the FBI started today (fingers crossed) and file in February, as my parents are going to give us money to put towards the process for Christmas...and then when income tax comes around, we will have money to pay the RPRF and a flight for him to come back for hopefully what will be his last "visit" before he is able to move home with the kids and me!!!

The plan is there, it's just matter of time and money as you state.

All of our paperwork is in order sitting in a huge box on my kitchen floor under the PS3...we finished the majority of that when he was here in October. Thank you so much, I really hope/don't think that there is going to be any major issues with the application...but I guess it all comes down to the mood of the IO...just really wish he could be here and work during this whole process, because that's why he can't even "visit" for the duration of the process...
