Looking for a live in caretaker for children

Hi
We moved to Canada just last year from India.
We have a child and expecting another soon.

We were looking at homes for hiring a live in caretaker for the children.

I looked up resources online on this, and looks like the rules changed in 2014 and now even caretaker permit is not a whole long exercise.

Is anyone aware of local Canadian agencies who might have people here in Canada already for such services? Live in or Not Live in, either would be fine with us.

We would highly appreciate any information or direction on this matter.
